Terry has been designing and building things since he was a kid. He began drawing at a young age and would often design and build small projects as gifts for relatives. That passion lead him to college where he pursued a Graphic Arts degree. After college he worked for an Exhibit Fabrication company and then moved into residential home building. With those two paths in his background he then moved to an Exhibits Director position at a local Museum where he got to use both his creativity and building skills to produce many unique pieces over his 14 years in that position. He left the museum to teach Art for a while, but continued to get calls to design and build so he began to do it on the side and in the summers. In 2022 he took the leap and left teaching to make a full time commitment to TER Designs designing one off projects for both commercial and residential customers as well as the set up and tear down of traveling exhibits in between. He continues to enjoy the process that he started as a kid and would love to help you create your dream project.
